Architecture2014

This project was born in collaboration with VerdMX, Garden of Innovation and the Historical Center Trust. It is an intervention proposal for the rehabilitation of a property recovered by the Government of Mexico City and assigned to the Trust of the Historic Center with the aim of housing a technological innovation center that seeks to set precedent in the incubation of high impact projects. The building has a plot area of 779.57 m2. It is proposed to use the ground floor for Makers Lab, Tech Lab, and a semi-public restaurant. The mezzanine houses a wing for exhibitions and another for specialized workshops. In levels 2 and 3, private offices, incubation development, meeting room, and terraces are destined to the coworking area. The basement will be exclusively used for machinery and service parking.
