Híkuri is a ceramic piece burned at high temperature, inspired by rituals of the pre-Hispanic cultures of Mexico. It is part of the "Nahual" collection of Mecate Studio. Híkuri in the prehispanic Wixárica culture is used as a ritual resource, as a link between the earthly and divine planes. This piece is a geometrical decomposition of a circle that, in conjunction with fire, represents coexistence and communion among the people surrounding the Híkuri.
